Your enquiry.
Your information.

DMA360 collects the name, email address, website address, service interest, business and onboarding answers, and message you choose to submit. We use these details to assess your request and contact you about our services.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in our website’s hosted database. They are not publicly displayed. Our website hosting providers process this information to operate the service. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Visitor statistics

We count page views and repeat visits using random IDs stored in your browser. Each page view records the page path and time. We do not use these IDs to identify you, and we do not store your IP address in our visitor statistics database. You can clear the IDs through your browser’s site data settings.

Your choices

Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive customer data. To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, use the enquiry form and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Retention

We retain enquiry information while it is needed to respond to your request and manage any resulting business relationship. You may request deletion when you no longer want us to retain it, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
