What happens after I apply?
Your request and onboarding answers are saved. DMA360 reviews your store, confirms the scope and sends the next step by email. Applications are free and do not start a subscription.
When will I get my marketing pack?
Your first pack is delivered within five working days after payment and completed onboarding. Later packs are delivered on the agreed monthly date. Content is prepared with AI assistance and reviewed before delivery.
What support is included?
Two email questions per month about your pack, with replies within two working days. Calls, account management, posting, design production, ad spend and implementation are separate. We do not need your passwords.
Will this guarantee more sales?
No. Results depend on your products, traffic, pricing and implementation. The deliverable is a practical marketing pack and clear actions, not a sales guarantee.
How do cancellations work?
Membership renews monthly once payment is arranged. Email hello@dma360.co.nz before your next renewal to cancel. There is no minimum term. Any implementation work is quoted separately.
